Is it safe to delete old edb.log files from certificate server?


in our certificate server windows 2003 enterprise edition sp2, have low disk space on c drive. when checked drive found that c:\windows\system32\certlog folder occupying 3.85 gb space. has many edb.log files starting 2008 year. is safe remove older log files in location free disk space? if can delete till date log files should keep in folder?
