Is safe to remove .tmp files

in file server having 16 gb .tmp files different diffrent folder on server drive.

my server disk drive full. can remove these 16 gb .tmp file server.

its critical server.

possibly. need figure out process writes them. directory path , or file names may this. tool may help.

DFSR RPC replication errors 5014 1726 with large files over VPN
