"View full map" (network map) can't appear under Network and Sharing Center

my os windows server 2012 release candidate datacenter, want test feature network map feature, button "view full map" couldn't appear under network , sharing center have done following changes:

1. enable lltd in group policy;

2. start services "function discovery resource publication", "dns client", "ssdp discovery" , "upnp device host"

3. turn on network discovery.

please advise if have missed set up. thanks

based on test, windows server 2012 gui has no function enable "view full map" windows xp. lltd works (appear on network map) when view full map windows 7 os.
enable lltd steps correct. in addition, need turn on file , printer sharing.
