CALS for windows 2008 R2 Additional Domain controller

hi,

we have in place windows 2008 r2 std primary domain controller.we have purchased 100 windows device cals our users/devices connecting domain controller.

we have total 75 users on active directory.

 

now planning deploy additional domain controller on windows 2008 r2.we have bought windows 2008 r2 std. volume licenses same.

now our question have buy more 75 windows cals again active directory users?
