Accessing multiple windows 2003 terminal servers simultaneously

suppose there 3 windows 2003 terminal servers
running in same network. server1 runs application a, server2 runs application b , server3 runs application c. how possible user access 3 applications simultaneously logging 1 of these severs remotely? require server in domain controller mode?

i want know there way access applications on multiple win2003 servers without replacating these applications on each server.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905
