Virtual Machine Runs Slowly

i have installed host windows server technical preview 2 hyper-v role , i´ve created 2 virtual machines (one in generation 1 windows 8.1 enterprise , in generation 2 windows server 2012 r2).
windows update has been installed perfomance of virtual machines slow during install software or doing copies of files inside virtual machines.
when run command:
 get-vm | ft name,integrationservicesversion check version have virtual machines show version 0.0
when run command:
 get-vm | get-vmnetworkadapter | select name,ismanagementos,vmname,switchname,status show status degraded.

how can resolved issue?

prerequisites

to install update, must install update 2919355(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2919355)  in windows 8.1 or windows server 2012 r2. or, install service pack 1(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/976932)  for windows 7 or windows server 2008 r2. or, install service pack 2(http://support.microsoft.com/kb/948465)  for windows server 2008.

then please go control panel->windows update->click "check updates", can approve update if you install wsus.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
