IE branding policy and User profile Service

hi all,

having 2 issues unable solve , need help/advise here please!

issue 1, have 3 dc's on 2k3 , rolling xenapp 6 2k8r2 servers. plan implement mandatory profiles user logon 2k8r2 servers. implemented 2 polcies on ad ou xenapp servers 1 xenapp machine polciy , 1 user policy these servers. worked charm till define path in ts location mandatory profile. path enable in group policy users, whilst logging on stucks on policy "applying ie branding policy".

there 1 more policy enforced ou's deault domain polciy ie branding policy configured, other there no ie branding policy enabled anywhere.

idea why stucks when apply mandatory profile path in machine polciy? , how can fix problem.

second issue is, if user logon w2k8r2 server mandatory user, times works fine , times receives error " user profile service failed login.
user profile cannot loaded..”

after rebooting server times works , times couple of reboot solve problem. have no idea why happening , how fix issue well.

can 1 please me solve these issues please?

i'll answer 2nd issue, user profile service, here fix found on ms:

 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/947215

 followed steps andit has fixed issue.

 for other problem ie branding policy, still unable solve.

 any idea??

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
