How to issue machine certificates to Android devices trying to connect to L2TP VPN (L2TP/IPsec with Certificate)?

howdy,

trying find way connect android devices our vpn box running windows sever 2008.  manage configure couple android devices connect via pptp. however, able connect using l2tp/ipsec certificates instead. i've managed export , apply enterprise ca's certificate on android phone, totally lost on how issue machine certificate android phone. possible? if so, steps should take issue machine certificate , enable android phone connect via l2tp/ipsec certificates?  thank help!

make sure android phone devices can certificates via simple certificate enrollment protocol (scep), known in microsoft world network device enrollment service (ndes) in windows server 2008/r2.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905
