schema extension

i have forest 2003 2 domains. forest 2003 , 2 dc of 1 forest in 2003 native mode. in second domain have 2 dc 2008. made schema update when install 2 dc 2008 . want update 2 dc 2008 r2. have make new schema update r2?
any ideas?
