Numerous domain PCs generating 4776 errors - possible time issue, or firewall?

server generating lots of audit failures - 4776, <o:p></o:p>

authentication package: microsoft_authentication_package_v1_0
logon account: heatherw7$
source workstation: heatherw7
error code: 0xc000006a"
audit failure,05/03/2013 16:27:15,microsoft-windows-security-auditing,4776,credential validation,"the domain controller attempted validate credentials account.<o:p></o:p>

there 4 or 5 other pcs in domain generating these errors - in teh same format, error code 6a understand indicates incorrect password.<o:p></o:p>

i did check time on 2 of pcs , appeared out, cause these, , if best way of locking pcs in server time?<o:p></o:p>

dc running w2k8, pcs running win7.<o:p></o:p>

in end added these 4 pcs in domain using different pc names, , removed old ones.

this seems have resolved these errors

DFSR RPC replication errors 5014 1726 with large files over VPN
