Storage validation error 0x80070022

i error during storage > list potential cluster disks test:

failed find or allocate arbitration sectors physical disk {263c99e5-545c-42a6-b540-a3835cda60c8} node xx.xx.com...please ensure gpt disks have microsoft reserved partition (msr) present. error: 0x80070022.

while in diskpart, disk returning above error, has 0 free space, unable create msr partition. (the partition empty don't know why diskpart thinks has 0 free space.) how resolve cluster can pass of validation tests?


from 1 node should connect disk , initialize , format disk.  if cannot that, sounds might have hardware error.
