Unable to PtoV

getting event id 14140 hyper_v_vmms , failed add device 'virtual hard disk"

id 12620 , hyper-v-vmms, cannot information attachment 'f:\servername\e.vhd. 

hyperv server : 2012r2

physical server i'm converting 2008 r2

only part think may issue workspace usb drive, not sure why cause issue. 

conversion tool:  microsoft virtual machine converter


could please provide more information?  method using convert physical virtual? 

(note: recommended way convert physical virtual rebuild machine virtual machine.  if scan conference, find sorts of posts people trying figure out why things no longer work after performing p2v.)

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
