GPO task run as user but with administrator right?

we need change java setting in appdata folder of restricted user on hundreds of computer. 

as use different user on local profile, need able run task user able write in folder user don't have access to. 

we try use schedtask , run @ current logon user the "run highest privileges" doesn't seem work

any input?

highest privileges meaningful when user member of local
admins - (and then) task run admin privs.
 
might solution use gpp files or gpp ini-files or
that. these can run in user gpos system privs.

DFSR RPC replication errors 5014 1726 with large files over VPN
