File Server Cluster Backups

have two-node server 2008 r2 cluster file server role , iscsi luns hp san.  have tape library normal backups, we'd utilize san snapshots of file server data as other sql backups, etc. 

with regards file cluster there recommended backup strategy backing san quick restores?  san supports both snapshotting , dedupe functionalities.

backup san @ lun level best idea purchase async replication options available san vendor , use storage independent seeded replicas (no increments). snapshots on san *not* backup! incremental or differental nature data loss in snapshots result data damaged on increased time basis.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
