File all ready in use

hi !

well i'll start begginnig. this office more 10 clients, one sbs server stuff on him (ad,ex...) on server have shared 1 of folders doc,docx stored , clients acces files.

i upgraded existing user (new pc) office 2007. 

now when open this files get annoying popup window:

 file in use.

its locked **** (user)

and there 3 options :

1.open in read only

2.make local copy , merge them

3.receive message when file ready use.

its happen pc , file not in use (for sure). others open no problem.

what can ? me ?

that suggests have lot of *.tmp and/or ~*.* files that, whatever reason, haven't been cleared previous word sessions. clear these, close office programs, insert 'c:\users\%username%\appdata\local\temp' windows explorer navigation bar , delete files .tmp extension or beginning ~ in folder. don't worry if files refuse deleted. same 'c:\users\%username%\appdata\roaming\microsoft\office'. can re-start office apps.
