2016 and GP managing

i not shared templates visible users in office 2016 gp admx templates. in 2007 , 2013, no problem.

policy made correct(?) hive in registery, not show in office2016.

gp made register entrys, not show in word, or office programs.

there no path visible in word settings.

so group policy works here, correct registry keys got created on client machine. issue office failed read these registry keys.
 
have tested on local lab, seems work on end. version of office 2016 using? not versions of office support group policy, can use group policy manage following versions of office 2016:          
 
• office suites available through volume licensing. example, office standard 2016.
• individual office programs sold through retail stores or through volume licensing.
 
if buy office part of office 365, license plan determines whether can use group policy manage office programs:
