Windows Server 2008 R2 / DNS - General Query

so i'm in process of re-schooling been years since have played around win dns / ad , win server / exchange in general. before deploying lab have few questions on how i'm configure name servers on dns server.

purposes of question static isp 66.66.66.66 , domain domain.com

domain.com
host records created
ns1.domain.com = 66.66.66.66
ns2.domain.com = 66.66.66.66

lab machine dual core 3gz / 8gb ram windows server 2008 r2 , hyper v installed.


virtual machine 1 (hostname - dc1)
ad / dns enabled fqdn domain.com
static - 192.168.0.10
soa ns1.domain.com
ns - ns1.domain.com
ns - ns2.domain.com
mail - 192.168.0.11
autodiscover - 192.168.0.11
legacy - 192.168.0.11

(question #1 need create class records ns1 / ns2 pointing dns server 192.168.0.10?)


virtual machine 2 (hostname exch01 - joined domain.com)
static ip - 191.168.0.11
dns - 192.168.0.10
exchange 2010 - cas / ht / mb roles installed


router 192.168.0.1
port forwarding 53 =  192.168.0.10 (dns queries)
port forwarding 80 / 443 = 192.168.0.11 (exchange)


(question #2 query on global name servers configuration return results of ns's 192.168.0.10? @ point identify in dns external ip 66.66.66.66?)


i'm sure of know i'm trying achieve here , simple bugging me.
