Terminal Service License Limit

i have 10 licenses, set per device licenses.  when anymore 6 users try login license limit reached error.  can help, new terminal services , have been working on couple days.  thank you.

pretty clear, @ minimum check have enough metaframe licenses and/or citrix licensing configured.

in addition should determine why thin clients not showing in ts licensing.  think xp embedded requires purchased ts cal, however, not 100% certain.  if entitled free ts cal built-in pool still show in ts licensing.

if company owns ts cals installed?  if have been installed show in ts licensing.

normally if having problems ts licensing show warnings and/or errors in event log sources related terminal services , terminal services licensing.  example, maybe ts pointing separate ts licensing server.  maybe separate server has ts cals installed on it.

for 2000 server common configuration have ts licensing installed on domain controller.
