Server 2012 with Hyper-v Enabled, takes 20 minutes to boot after restart
hello all,
yesterday client complained citrix server being slow. hosted on server 2012 hyper-v, , running fine 2 months.
after 2 days of troubleshooting vm, i turned off , find out server 2012 (the host!!) very slow respond, after rebooting server, took 20+ minutes boot up, 10 more minutes display server manager, nothing in task manager or log. vm off, nothing should using server. googling day, , nothing helps.
is there way troubleshoot why server slow bootup , run in general? task manager , perf monitor not helping @ all.
i tested hardware , there no errors, server 2 months old...

1 6 core cpu (12 logical cpu's)
16 gb or ram

have checked process explorer , procdump utility, tell list of services running.
okay let try defrag volumes
