Active Directory information Lock Down

good day all,

i need lock down information viewable user other users. have enter following fields

name

surname

work phone

cell phone

home phone

1 alternate contact number

address

then in note want put id number , secret question , answer.

the information users able view name, surname, work phone , cell phone. myself administrator should able read information.

the method of reading information through outlook contact card, question might have placed in exchange 2010 forums.

hello,

blocking information within ad run trouble if done wrong, suggest not mess around security on details. if start working deny on  ad objects , maybe schema attributes may crash ad.

if still use way, built lab, 100% same production, and test before doing on the production domain.
