hi,
1. you need consider whether there policy affecting terminal server. such whether set roaming profile or use specified terminal server license servers, etc. ensure when domain controller migration complete, these policies still in force.
you can open start, click run, type cmd, press enter, type gpresult /h gpreport.html in terminal server command prompt, can check report.
2. after dc(fsmo) migration, need configure domain discovery scope terminal licensing server. it’s can automatically discover license server in same domain if license server installed on domain controller.
if install ts licensing role service on non-domain controller, license server not automatically discoverable terminal servers in domain. configure domain discovery scope, must logged on domain administrator domain in license server member.
3. if configure forest discovery scope, terminal servers, without additional configuration, can automatically discover license server in same forest, because license server published in active directory domain services. configure forest discovery scope, must logged on enterprise administrator forest in license server member.
