Reset commands being sent to server devices

we having issue our ms windows servers (2003 & 2008) being sent internally commands other servers reset devices, such raid drive.  in situations enough bring server down (offline).  we have being running scans on servers , scans come finding malware.  wondering if else has heard of happening , might know cause.  let me know if can provide more details.

solution:  update drivers on nic's current release.

it appears nic's failover during high traffic , drop network connections.  these drops preliminary issue reboots occurring.  while there no 'smoking gun' reboot issue.  the updates seem have subsided it.  servers without updates still having issues.  needless say, other servers being scheduled updates.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
