Server 2008 R2 Remote Desktop Printing errors on XP PCs

i need find solution problem. server 2003 r2 64bit sp1 remote desktop printing error.

here error message server's event log. when user tries print test page remote desktop explorer crashes. please asap.

please check following items:

• the client computer have installed rdc 6.1 or above (windows xp service pack 3 , above includes this). can install remote desktop connection 7.0.

• the user must install supported version of .net framework separately. microsoft .net framework 3.5 (which includes .net framework 3.0 sp1) can downloaded microsoft download center:
http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=109422
• group policy must correctly set enable easy print on server. policy location “computer configuration -> administrative templates -windows components -> remote desktop services > remote desktop session host -> printer redirection”. setting “use remote desktop easy print printer driver first” must set “enabled” easy print redirection, , has “disabled” legacy print. “not configured”, easy print chosen default.
• ensure spooler service running on both client , server.
• if connect on rd gateway, ensure policy disables printer redirection turned off.
• if listed far correct , still have redirection problem, please check event logs in client , server.
