Printer Driver Development - How to manage my custom paper size.

i have made driver printer using wdk 7.

i set paper size through gpd file,  show in printing preference & printing server properties this：

the question is: not easy manage paper size in printing server properties dialog.

is there way set paper size in custom ui of printing preference dialog, , not show them in printing server properties dialog?

i want set paper size in dialog(it printing preference dialog):

to add custom paper sizes printing preference, haven't found better way, may can check script in c#:

adding custom paper sizes named printers

DFSR RPC replication errors 5014 1726 with large files over VPN
