POST Deployment Configuration fails at 60%

hello together,

i want install windows server 2012 essentials r2 on fresh hp n40l 6gb ram , 250gb hdd.
network homeuse --> simple dsl router working.

bios update on n40l done. nic problem not occur.
1st installation running through without , issues.
networkadmin can entered.
@ 60% of post deployment configuration installation fails without details.
have tried remove unnessesary hardware n40l, no improvement.
component still need dedicated graphic card using hdmi.

any ideas welcome.
