DNS not resolving unless DHCP issues new IP

i work school , since christmas break have had issue growing.  laptops connect wireless , issued ip dhcp server websites not resolve.  i able connect laptops on internal network dont resolve websites.  the dhcp server handing out dns server address ip reason isnt resolving webpages.  if add googles dns server locally laptop start resolving again.

i noticed if can make laptop forget ip deleting reservation on dhcp server , waiting else grab ip.  once laptop grabs new ip reservation works fine.

should noted using server 2008r2 of laptops apple.  i have tried disconnecting laptops wireless , flushing cache on them if pull same ip scope have same issue.

this isnt of computers small growing percentage.  first day 10 since have added 15 list.

1. security model have, active directory or workgroup?

2. have tried use nslookup analysis of dns?

3. how dns configured resolve external (public) hosts?

4. dns , dhcp servers should have static ips. can confirm it?

5. how are dns , dhcp set?

DFSR RPC replication errors 5014 1726 with large files over VPN
