The NAP agent failed to get health certificate on XP SP3

my nap ipsec setup works great on win 7 fails on xp sp3, giving following event

 the request failed error code (-2147012721). server not tried again 10 minutes.
 see hra administrator more information.

i used vms servers , clients.

hi,

you cannot use ip address https. must use fqdn of hra server (https://myhraservername.domain.com/domainhra/hcsrvext.dll).

ssl fails if certificate subject name doesn't match name of server.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
