Isatap interface is down on Windows 2008 server

we have been having issues our windows 2008 server after 10 days going sluggish.  reboot , fine 10 days.   discovered there isatap interface experiencing problems.  along it, see there disabled second network controller.   source of our problems?  i've been checking perfmon settings , not see abnormal cpu, disk, memory issues going on.

isatap address assignment , host-to-host, host-to-router, , router-to-host automatic tunneling technology provides unicast ipv6 connectivity between ipv6 hosts across ipv4 intranet. isatap can used communication between ipv6/ipv4 nodes on ipv4 intranet.

 

have got ipv6 nodes on network?

 

however, there 5 major resource areas can cause bottlenecks , affect server performance: physical disk, memory, process, cpu, , network. you'd better use performance monitor assist in diagnosing problem.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905
