How to Install Windows Server 2008 R2 if no functioning operating system on the hard drive?

hello community

    downloaded windows server 2008 r2 onto hard drive.

    midway while installing got interrupted , had reboot.

    files must have been deleted because can't complete the
install hard drive.

    now i put the  windows server 2008 r2  onto cd.

    how can computer install windows server 2008 r2
cd?

a: need burn disk cd-rom/dvd device. , files contained in cd disk. or try install windows server 2008 r2 via usb.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905
