Failed to connect to the quorum resource - Cluster migration wizard

hi,

following scenario - migrating resources win2003 cluster win2008 cluster using cluster migration wizard. migrators user account added administrators group on both win2003 nodes. did same on 5 clusters before no issues. on last 1 getting following error:

"failed connect quorum resource"

no matter if try connect cluster name or cluster node names.

unable find such error message on web.

any idea?

thanks patience on issue.

would please let me know if other resources have been migrated successfully? , there business impact see error message?

besides, based on knowledge, the quorum scope changed in windows server 2008 r2.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
