Access Denied, Unable to connect (XP client to 2008 R2 Server)

hey all, i've run issue in our environment that's been driving me crazy. basically, xp sp3 machines connecting new windows 2008 r2 server , randomly receiving "access denied, unable connect." errors. make matters worse, seems happen random queues on server, , not experiences (maybe 1 out of 10 people). example, user can connect 1 out of 5 print queues successfully. furthermore, , may not matter, print queue has problems has no server or fqdn in printer/faxes view. ideas or direction appreciated!

i work apit , want add additional information on issue.
