LeaseExtension on windows server 2008

hello,

could not find definitive info about hklm\system\currentcontrolset\services\dhcpserver\parameters\leaseextension registry key on windows server 2008 r2. real life setup shows it`s no longer in effect(have set @ 4320 - 3 days, ip leased different device few hours after lease expires)?  if no - there other parameters change lease grace period, or hardcoded/nonexisting in windows 2008 r2 dhcp server?

we have practical need minimize ip migration, reservation is`t option.

thank post.

by default reg entry doesn't exist, can create , set values. after stop , restart dhcp server service, change applied work.

if there more inquiries on issue, please feel free let know.
