a required CD/DVD drive device driver is missing error while installing Windows 2008 R2 on Intel Based System

hi,

am getting msg "a required cd/dvd drive device driver missing" while installing 64 bit windows 2008 r2 on inten based system 1gb sata hd , sata dvd drive.

even tried motherboard disk. listed of drivers , selected 1 one , getting "no new device found"

pls let me know how resolve issue.

if disk using burned iso, try downloading iso again.  iso can corrupted during download , typically manifests asking cd/dvd drivers upon install.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905
