a couple of things - first post says 'dear support team'. forum, not support team. 'support' volunteer, take such. not official support mechanism.
secondly, last post says 'managed reach vmware logs'. running hyper-v under vmware , trying create windows 7 virtual machine under virtualized hyper-v? if so, might want ask vmware because not microsoft approved/supported/recommended solution.
