system specifications:

os name microsoft windows server 2008 r2 enterprise
version 6.1.7601 service pack 1 build 7601
system manufacturer gigabyte technology co., ltd.
system model p55-usb3l
system type x64-based pc
processor intel(r) core(tm) i5 cpu 750 @ 2.67ghz, 2661 mhz, 4 core(s), 4 logical processor(s)
bios version/date award software international, inc. f1, 12/24/2009
smbios version 2.4
physical memory (ram) 12.0 gb

a couple of things - first post says 'dear support team'.  forum, not support team.  'support' volunteer, take such.  not official support mechanism.

secondly, last post says 'managed reach vmware logs'.  running hyper-v under vmware , trying create windows 7 virtual machine under virtualized hyper-v?  if so, might want ask vmware because not microsoft approved/supported/recommended solution.
