hi all, am new here , mexico speeling may little off, ok, have wsus 3.0 sp1 install on 2008 server r2, , running ok, did , audit offices , configured abot 600 computers wsus, 250 pc conected, did test in 1 not shoing , reconfigured client , did show in wsus client number did not incresed, did explain self? can crrect this?

firstly, need update wsus wsus sp2 supports win7 , win08 r2 clients.

then,you probably have duplicated copy images of clients.this issue occurs because imaged clients may have duplicate susclientid value in registry.

please try remediation described in kb903262 duplicate susclientids.

some symptoms of may include computers randomly disappearing/reappearing from/into wsus console. symptom computer receive updates, not report server properly.
