Visual Studio Express 2013 problems in W10 Technical Preview

having installed windows 10 on hp-650 laptop finding increased numbers of runtime errors in vc# 2013 programs. code runs in win 8.1 build no errors in win 10 when executed returns runtime errors , access denied errors. getting new version of visual studio (express) windows 10 addresses these issues? , new sdk? whilst windows 8 still in preview stage had workable sdk , files creating windows store apps , live tiles.

it not don't concept of windows 10 - find great can not prepared produce win 10 ready products in time release?

it still discuss development strategy windows 10 , in technical preview stage, works in windows 8.1, should work in windows 10 too. suggest try out in future release or build , meanwhile, take note of errors , report them through feedback app.
