IIS How to set application as subdomain.company.com (VirtualDirectory thing)

greetings,

have track-it! installed on server named abc-support. have a record of support.company.com points abc-support. when navigate http://support.company.com/, automatically redirects http://support.company.com/trackit/ --> http://support.company.com/trackit/account/login?returnurl=%2ftrackit%2f (this web-interface logon technicians).

self service (a web-interface front-end average joe user can submit support requests/tickets/work orders, find knowledge base, , information computer), user have go http://support.company.com/trackit/selfservice. how go having selfservice.company.com point address (or rather, be address)?

considering making support.company.com front-end self service web-interface users, , trackit.company.com web-based interface technicians. need know how can make subdomain = application in iis.
