does anyone know where can we download "BadApp32.exe" test Application ?

i have question sorry ask here.

in cbt nuggets training multimedia  ( 70-642 series ) , when teaching eventlog ( event forwardidng ) , use simple , leight nad interesting apllication called  " badapp32.exe " create application hang log in event viewer.  ( when run application , icon bomb , shows explosion flash , application hangs , that's want, mean want application hang event logged in eventlog \ application node "

does know link download interesting application ?  ( no result after searching net ) ( trainer told microsoft has produced aplication )

this app offered along few other apps, labs in couple of legacy moc (microsoft official curriculum) courses such windows 95, 98, nt4 & windows 2000.  if you've attended 1 of these classes in distant past used it, you have cd labfiles. changed them virtual pc labs, , wtih windows 7 , 2008 r2, hyperv, no cds, , either built in virtual lab, or no longer available. 

i might have somewhere, have go through searching on 40-50 different cds find it. again, since it's microsoft proprietary, i'm not sure rules on sharing are, protect mct nda, go safe route , not. sorry.
