System error 1825 has occurred (0x00000721) when adding node to cluster

i have failover cluster 2 nodes running server 2008 r2.  both nodes connected dell md3200 via sas hbas.  attempting add 2 additional nodes cluster.  new nodes exact same physical server model (all dell r710) , connected same md3200 via sas hba.  same volumes have been presented new servers , can see same partitions existing nodes.  when go add either of new nodes, following:

when viewing failover cluster manager gui, can see node appear, go status, disappears , above error.  have run validation , passes except few exceptions storage because current cluster resources are still online.  know can fix issue , these 2 new servers added cluster?

add "/cluster:<clustername>" command

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
