Server 2003 has rebooted from a bugcheck.


server 2003 has rebooted bugcheck. bugcheck was: 0x0000009c (0x00000000, 0x00000000, 0xb2000000, 0x1040080f). replaced ups, power supply, scanned, defragged , re-mirrored hard drives. clue?

it seems server crash issue, you may need to check kb article http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=162363&sd=rmvp or else  analyze crash dump file analysis root cause of issue. please contact microsoft customer service directly memory dump file can analyzed , issue can resolved efficiently.

here steps temporally make system not automatically restart when issue occurs.

 

steps.

 

1. right-click "my computer" , select "properties" on desktop

2. click on "advanced"

3. click "settings" in area of "startup , recovery"

4. in prompt dialog box, uncheck "automatically restart" in area of "system failure"

5. click ok.
