adamsync ldap_bind_s: Invalid Credentials

hi, i've installed lds replicating portion of active directory. everthing goes (schema import, userproxy import, etc) until use adamsync install , sync. in testlab i'm not getting error:

ldap error occured. ldap_bind_s: invalid credentials.
extended info: 8009030c: ldaperr: dsid-0c09043e, comment: acceptsecuritycontext error, data 0, vece. 

it seems user account cannot read source ad. know credentials needed this?
