Can a user document redireciton be pre-staged with Group Policy?

environment:  2008 r2 sp1 domain controllers, workstations running windows 7 sp1.  domain / forest 2003, 2008 r2 native time change implemented.

current group policy redirects user document folders local file shares (30 different sites) following options

''setting: basic - redirect everyone's folder same location''

''target folder location: create folder each user under root path''

''root path: \\localserver\users"

grant user exclusive rights not enabled, 'move contents of documents new location'  is.

so, new user gets policy ends redirection \\localserver\users\%username%

i need change location of remote sites centralized file share.  however, want without transferring data across wan connections. backing each local server using dpm 2010, , looking stage local restore, , change group policy new location.

i can exact restore of files new location dpm (lan connection) stages files,

set user's home directory in ad (existing permissions prevent ad adding \administrators acl of directory restored dpm),

update group policy redirect home directory,

clear check box move contents,

and work need to. ((no data transferred across wan connections, user downtime minimal library pointers update, permissions not change))

yet, creates mess.  first, users have home directory set, isn't big of deal, 1 more thing.  second, new user end documents redirected default 'my documents' folder being created in root of share, , domain\administrators granted full control since home directory.

also - thinking, uncheck 'move contents' folder, , select target folder location of 'redirect following location'  , setting %username% environment variable... results in gp updating 'create folder each user under root path'.

so, after long winded explanation.  there way pre stage user's documents folder folder redirection, yet allow new user's create %username% folders @ root of share needed not have domain\administrators granted full control over?

hi,

i confirm content in user’s documents folder want pre stage?

if want pre stage folder redirection, still need copy data redirected folder against goal of no data transferred access wan connections.

if still want so, may use xcopy command or script.
