i know if exists any setting in windows server 2008 r2 whereby can have server weaking automatically after being switch off due power cut.

if have sccm, can use wake on lan

automatically, powering on server bit difficult task ( havent tried ).

you can remotely power on powered off server if hardware has remote access card such dell drac, hp ilo, ibm imm etc...
