Windows 2008 sync time with external source

hello,

i have a windows 2008 x64 server in domain environment.  all fsmo roles in 1 server (dc1).  i want sync server time external source spesifically windows.com.  i believe these right commands want make sure. 

1- w32tm /stripchart /computer: time.windows.com /samples:5 /dataonly”

2- open udp port 123 outgoing traffic if needed.

3- "w32tm /config /manualpeerlist: time.windows.com /syncfromflags:manual /reliable:yes /update

is there else need do?  can on dc1.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
