Please help me get rid of that stupid Navigator and that annoying voice and blue line once and for all!!!!

hello,

i followed directions left others , in windows 8 there no explore settings found use computer without display.  the narrator box unchecked begin , cannot rid of sound , stupid blue line on screen.

any ideas?

based on description, understand want disable narrator in windows 8.

did mean had un-checked turn on narrator in use computer without display panel (the path: control panel-> ease of access-> ease of access center-> use computer without display)? please click make computer easier see in ease of access center, there has turn on narrator option. please check if un-check it.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905

DCOM received error "2147746132" from...
