Get Navigator (browser) geolocation - Script

hi,

does knows powershell script latitude & longitude info if wifi card enabled?  i read scripts lat x long ip address, it's not need. 

in w3schools website has javascript lat x long information browser (navigator)

this link above return geolocation. enable wi-fi card , it's works.

i need powershell script same.
