Unable to record voice in Win2008 Server

we trying setup environment wherein have win2008 server , users must able simultaneously login (remote desktop/mstsc) system , should able listen music , record voices in sound recorder.
this server installed on hp8100 elite desktop pc specs are:
1.        4gb ram
2.        hard disk of 320gb
3.        intel i3 core processor
problem description:
1.        we have installed realtek audio driver in system. when user takes remote of system , plays audio file on system user can listen playback in pc. not able record voice in server.

Suspicious event log Event ID: 4905
