Still unable to Synch offline files with Windows 7
i hate make new thread, other 1 marked "answered" , first chance i've had revist issue. maybe mod merge thread? anyway, here response thread:
hello! sorry, i've been getting crushed @ work couldn't reply.
the drive, when click on it, says @ bottom of computer screen "always available". odd note, if i, signed on him, try "manually synch" drive, told don't have permission so. admin of local machine , has full permission home drive on server.
what mean is, in h drive, has 3.5 gigs of stuff. if off line, doesn't have half of that, though set synch when logs on , off. plus, if file created online, , can see offline, told not have permission see file. conversely, if creates file offline, show in offline drive, never appears on server.
i've configured transparent caching , background synch on local machine (those options not appearing on server side gpo apply) nothing has changed. offline files not working right me, , i'm hoping has idea, because fresh out , frustrated.
if matters, while home drive housed on server 2008 os, pdc domain w2k3 box.
