Scheduling a Reboot With Task Manager


i trying schedule reboot of server when powers on not display warning of unexpected shutdown.

currently running via scheduled task:

 c:\windows\system32\shutdown.exe /r /d p:2:4 /c "reboot"

the following entry made in event viewer:

the process c:\windows\system32\shutdown.exe (<myserver>) has initiated restart of computer <myserver> on behalf of user nt authority\system following reason: operating system: reconfiguration (planned)reason code: 0x80020004
shutdown type: restart
comment: reboot

however when system reboots get:

the previous system shutdown at <time> on <date> unexpected.

i unexpected shutdown popup box asking why system shutdown.

how can adjust scheduled task remove system prompting unexpected shutdown error?
