Set values to Current User registry to a specific group of computers

hi there,

i have problem cant solve...

i need deploy gpo change values of keys in windows registry, inside of hkcu tree. need apply group of computers. so...

i have created gpo acomplish changes, when want set security filter computer group, gpo wont work. gpo inside ou computers resides, , set loopback policy well.

i dont want create new ou , move computers inside.

can me!??

hi,

i believe not correct in understanding of loopback processing. loopback processing allows use user configuration section of gpo targeting computer object. so, can is:

- create gpo has user configuration settings want (in case - contains registry settings need).

- link container level includes computers want gpo applied at.

- configure security filtering on gpo removing "authenticated users" , adding computer group mentioned

- enable loopback processing in "merge" mode (so not drop theuser configuration have in other gpos)

you achieve configuration described.
